What people are saying about Diamondheart

“First, I am deeply thankful that our paths crossed 10 months ago. I would be remiss if I did not share the impact this Diamond Heart has had on my life. We have had many wonderful opportunities to sit together in different groups during Shamanic breath work over this past 10 months. During this time, Jay has help me to open the healing pathways through our breath work together. What I mean by this is simply that DH has helped to create a space where I have been able to heal, feel safe, and to see clearer what it means to live a life as a man of high integrity, a man who displays great humility, and a man who is willing to be used as a vessel for others to heal. He has walked alongside me during this leg of my journey offering his guidance, words and love as a fellow traveler. My life has been blessed having his spirit touch mine in such a caring and loving manner. ”

“Jay / Diamondheart is a wonderful guide and facilitator. He is able to balance his wisdom from years of deep learning with the ability to be open and approachable for beginners, for which I was thankful for in his sessions I was able to join.

Diamondheart’s practice is built on trust and respect, and is both caring and brave. His ability to easily work across cultures and perspectives comes from his many years living and traveling abroad and working with international organizations. With the seeker’s goals in mind, he puts the questions and situations before them, but allows them the space to proceed on their own terms. Ultimately he is dedicated to helping to increase joy, healing, and growth for everyone within his community.

I have been blessed with Jay’s friendship for decades, and am fortunate to have a chance here to tell anyone who might be seeking for what he can offer. With all the chaos and easy promises out there, Diamondheart is genuine “good people” and a solid choice well worth your consideration.”

“The retreat to the Yucatan jungle was among the most transformative events in my life. I highly recommend that anyone seeking spiritual growth take advantage of the 2026 retreat. You will return at a different level. I did and plan to attend another in the future. I would go this year if my work schedule allowed.”

Testimony of the Yucatán Awakening

I walked into the Yucatán

as one man

and left as another—

reborn in the breath of the jungle,

held in the hands of a family

whose love carries the warmth

of a thousand ancestors.

The jungle greeted me raw and unfiltered,

its power humming beneath my feet

like the heartbeat of an ancient world

that never forgot its magic.

Vines hung like sacred threads,

the winds spoke truths I had forgotten,

and the earth itself rose

as if to say,

Welcome home, lightning bearer.

There is no pretense in the jungle.

No lies.

No masks.

Only reflection—

pure, unrelenting,

and holy.

And when you surrender to it,

not in fear

but in love,

the jungle opens you

like a seed split by thunder.

It shows you the path inward,

the place where truth sleeps,

waiting for your courage

to call it awake.

The facilitators…

gentle, loving,

steady as the sacred fire.

They did not guide with force

but with presence—

a presence so warm

it felt like being carried

by the spirit of family itself.

Their care was medicine,

their hearts were gateways,

their intention a blessing

woven quietly into every breath of the journey.

In their circle,

I remembered who I was

before the world tried to tell me otherwise.

In their prayers,

I felt my spirit loosen the chains

I had worn for far too long.

And in their compassion,

I found the reflection of my own.

The ceremony,

the jungle,

the family—

they converge into a single truth:

Healing is for the one who dares to meet themselves.

Transformation is for the one who chooses love over fear.

For those who seek their truth path,

who hunger for the return to their own soul—

the Yucatán waits.

Wild.

Untamed.

Alive with possibility.

It is not a retreat.

It is an initiation.

A liberation.

A return to the heart

that was always yours.

To walk through that jungle

is to rise,

to remember,

to reclaim the self that destiny marked

long before the world ever broke you.

And I carry it now—

the breath of the jungle,

the echo of the drums,

the blessing of a family intertwined with Spirit,

and the lightning-thread awakening

that changed me forever.

A’ho.
